The health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is of utmost importance to us. As the threat of COVID-19 continues, we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to deliver our services in the safest way for everyone. We are operating in accordance with the latest government guidelines and will continue to do so.
We have introduced changes to our working practices to always ensure the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers. Robust processes are in place with multiple “checks” to clarify the status of all our customers, their cohabitants or co-workers where appropriate, prior to our service engineers attending any property. We continue to follow the social distancing measures as stipulated by both the government and Public Health England, with a “contact trace” policy in place where required.
